Walid Awad is a Lebanese artist, famous for his strong vocals and his performance of Lebanese folkloric songs. He has performed in many local festivals as well as in public and private soirees. He was influenced by the legendary Wadih El Safi and the artist Nasri Chams El Din. He has made a duet with the artist Amir Yazbeck "Ich Liebe Dich" which means "I love you" in German.
