Saber Al Rouba3i

Saber Rebai is a Tunisian pop artist, born at the city of Sfax, on March 13,1967. At a very young age, he was fascinated by the great artists Abdel Wahab, abdul Halim Hafez, and Wadii Essafi. At the age of 12 years old, he started playing the ‘Oud’ and singing.
 
Later on, he enrolled in the Music Conservatory of Tunis. His first public appearance was on the stage of Carthage Theater, at the age of 17, in the show ‘Nady Al-mawaheb’. He showed a professional talent, great voice capacities, great performance, and won the vouching of music professionals throughout the Arab world.
 
In 1996, he won the Golden Disc in the Tunisian Music Festival. One year later, he won the Golden Microphone of the Cairo Music Awards. In 2003, he won the presidential cultural award of the year for the song ‘Sidi Mansour’. In 2004, he confirmed his title and nomination as the prince and star of the Arab song in Beirut by winning the Best Arab Singer award.
 
Saber Rebai performed in great music halls such as the Opera House in Cairo and the Olympia in Paris. In 2009, he was nominated as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador for North Africa. His concert in the summer of 2010 in Carthage Theater was booked by 10 thousand fans.
 
Throughout his career, saber has released several albums such as: ‘Athadaa Al-Alem, ‘Bibassata’, and ‘Al-Ghorba’.
 
Saber is said to be the prince of Arab music and the best Tunisian male singer ever.
