Sara Al Hani is a young Lebanese singer born in April 28, 1986 , Kuwait.
Sara has 2 older brothers, a sister and a younger brother. Sara was raised on the great voices of Um Kolthoum, Asmahan (whom Sara is related to), Fairuz, Mohamad Abdel Wahab…
Sara is one of the Arab world’s youngest professional vocalists. She started singing at the age of 5, and her first performance was in “Alay Festivals” at the age of 7.
At the age of 10, she was granted a scholarship from Dr. Walid Ghulmiyeh to study music at the Lebanese Higher Conservatory of Music and graduated after 6 years at the age of 16 as the youngest student that had ever joined this academy.
Sara’s earliest achievement was winning at the age of 14 the first rank on the category of the Oriental Female singers in “STUDIO AL- FAN 2001”, a leading musical talent show in Beirut. She got the highest grades in the history of this show.
Sara presented Lebanon in various international concerts, all over the Arab world, as well as in Nigeria and Australia.
she participated in the Beit El Dine Festival and sang with Kazem Al Saher . And also Sara Al Hani performed on Carthage theate .
also she participated in the honoring of Asmahan at the UNESCO Hall in Beirut
Sara got a shield of appreciation form the President of Lebanon Mr. Michel Suleiman .
In 2007, Sara signed her first contract with the leading record label in the Middle East, Rotana, and released her first album “Akher Karar”. The album is made up of 8 songs, in the Egyptian and Lebanese dialects. One of the tracks, “Khalas Misaffer”, is a remake of Egyptian singer Shadia’s classic. Her first video clip “Karrahni Fik” was shooted with Said El Marouk.
